Support
Support for the TradeFlows product surface runs through the request form below. A few honest boundaries:
- No published support hours yet. Staffing and response commitments are not yet set; we won't print hours we can't staff. Every request gets a real reference and an honest state; a human answer follows once support staffing is in place.
- Saved means saved. The receipt states distinguish "saved", "notification pending", "assigned" and "resolved". A saved request has been stored durably; it does not mean a human has read it yet. Keep your reference — you can check the state any time on the status page.
- Product context helps. This site's claims were checked against the product source at dmitriy718/tradeflows-pro@2e5540a (2025-12-16), per the audit of 2026-09-17. Say what you were trying to do, and whether app.tradeflows.net loaded for you — that report is genuinely useful while we can't verify the deployment.
- Security reports do not go in the general queue. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, say so in the subject line and keep details minimal — reports are routed to a restricted channel, and never include credentials or exploit material in the form.
- No credentials, ever. Not in this form, not anywhere on this site. The app has no accounts, so nothing legitimate will ask.
- Nothing is sold here. There is no purchase path on this site, so there is nothing to refund and no payment issue to resolve through this queue; see the pricing page for the honest state of any future offer.

Send your question and keep the reference shown after it is saved. A saved request is not a confirmed appointment. Helpful context: what you were trying to do, and whether app.tradeflows.net loaded for you (and if not, what you saw instead). Never include passwords, API keys or brokerage credentials.
